MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541084786 A) filed by YVR Fashions Private Limited, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, on Sept. 7, for 'an absorbent undergarment.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a multistage wastewater pretreatment system. The system includes an enclosure (100) connected to a wastewater flow pipe. The system includes a rotatable mixer (106) to breakdown the contaminants and generate cavitation in the wastewater. The system includes an electromagnetic generator to arrange the ions in the wastewater. The system includes an electrolysis cell (108) to split wastewater molecules into oxygen and hydrogen. The system includes a UV light source to deactivate the contaminants in the wastewater. The system includes an ozone generator (110) to generate ozone bubbles for oxidation and emulsified oil breakdown. The system includes an ultrasonic resonator (112) to generate cavitation bubbles for oxidation of contaminants. The system includes an orifice (114) to restrict flow and increase the retention time of the water. The system includes a control unit (200) to monitor the wastewater and control the above components accordingly."
