MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411020786 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on March 19, 2024, for 'amusement device for children.'
Inventor(s) include Prachi Rastogi.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An amusement device for children that is capable of a circular platform 1 installed with multiple telescopically operated rods 9 and configured with a disc 3 to accommodate children, multiple inverted U-shaped telescopically operated frames 2 installed on the disc 3 that are gripped by the children as a means of support, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 4 installed on each of the frames 2 for capturing and processing multiple images of each of the child, a speaker 5 for notifying the children to appropriately grip the frames 2 to prevent any chances of accidents, multiple ultrasonic sensors positioned on the platform 1 for detecting level of the ground surface, and a weight sensor positioned on the disc 3 for detecting weight of the children accommodated over the disc 3."
