MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411020085 A) filed by Shobhit Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on March 18, 2024, for 'ambient light maintenance device for four-wheeler vehicle.'

Inventor(s) include Avinav Pathak; Sumika Jain; Vijay Maheshwari; and Rajesh Pandey.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An ambient light maintenance device for four-wheeler vehicle, comprising an extendable member 1 installed on bonnet by electromagnets which is detected by a touch sensor, a laser sensor for detecting dimensions of bonnet, based on which member 1 s extended, a pair of C-shaped motorized clamps 2 installed at member 1 for securing member 1, a computing unit for feeding input commands for maintaining an light intensity, a plate 3 installed with member 1 via a pair of telescopically operated rods 4, and crafted with four of primary LED lights 5 to maintain an ambient light intensity in surroundings, helping user to carry out repairing of vehicle, a secondary LED light 6 installed on plate 3 via a motorized hinge joint 7 for focusing light towards user's hand as detected by a camera 8 mounted on plate 3 in view of maintaining intensity around user's hand."
