According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This invention presents a wearable health and monitoring device specifically designed for elderly individuals, integrating bio-medical sensors and an interactive display into a single, lightweight ID Card-style package. The device provides continuous tracking of essential vital signs, including heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), body temperature and physical movement. Additional features include built-in cognitive and memory games that users can interact with directly on the screen, designed to support mental well-being. For emergency assistance, the device operates entirely offline. It generates a QR code on the display that bystanders can scan to instantly access the user's predetermined emergency contact, without requiring an internet or cellular connection. To alert the bystanders of an ongoing emergency, a buzzer has been built-in to the system to provide auditory alerts. The physical design mimics a standard ID card, ensuring that it is easy to wear. All functions are controlled directly on the device via touch sensors, allowing users to navigate menus, play games and display information without needing to reach for their smartphone."
