Abstract: The present invention discloses an airflow-optimizing mask framer adapted to be positioned inside a surgical mask or similar face covering to enhance breathing comfort and reduce facial irritation. The device comprises a lightweight contoured frame body having a central nose-mouth support portion and laterally extending cheek support arms configured to maintain a stable spacing between the mask fabric and the user’s face. A plurality of open airflow windows are formed in the frame body to improve air circulation and minimize moisture and heat buildup during prolonged use. The frame further includes fixation holes or slots for securing the device using mask ear loops, ensuring stable placement without displacement. The mask framer is reusable, washable, and sterilizable, and is compatible with common mask types, thereby improving user comfort while maintaining effective mask positioning and protection.
