MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541097242 A) filed by Emergesphere Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Vijayapura, Karnataka, on Oct. 9, for 'air quality monitoring and control system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to the field of air purification technology and IoT environmental monitoring systems, particularly to intelligent air purification devices using biological filtration for comprehensive pollutant removal. An air purifier (100) comprises a stand (102) supporting a base assembly (104) and column assembly (106). The base assembly (104) includes a removable filter (124) with mesh structure housing one or more fans (126), a compressor (120), motor and pump (122), and base funnel (108) interconnected by connecting pipes top (116) and connecting pipes bottom (118). The column assembly (106) contains LED light (110), biological liquid (112) with spirulina composition, no return valve (114), and drainage system (128). IoT control system monitors air quality through comprehensive sensor arrays detecting multiple pollutants including carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, ammonia, benzene, and particulate matter. Machine learning algorithms optimize operational parameters including motor speed and LED wavelength characteristics based on real-time conditions."
