According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a computer-implemented method for providing doorstep banking services. The method includes receiving a service request from a customer device containing authentication data with Permanent Account Number and registered mobile number. A first one-time password is generated and transmitted to the mobile number for verification. Upon successful verification, the service request is stored in a database with a unique identifier and transmitted to a banker interface for approval. Upon approval, a runner is assigned to execute the request. A second one-time password is generated for the runner's service initiation authentication. The runner's location is monitored real-time during delivery. A third one-time password is transmitted to the customer device when the runner arrives. Upon verification by the runner, banking service execution is enabled and service status updates to completed."
