MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641041607 A) filed by Mohan Babu University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, on April 1, for 'ai-integrated iot-based wearable multi-parameter health monitoring and emergency alert system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention describes a wearable health monitoring system that combines AI and IoT technology. It uses ESP32 and ESP8266 microcontrollers for real-time collection of physiological data and cloud-based monitoring. This system includes ECG, heartbeat, SpO2, temperature, humidity, and gyroscope sensors to continuously track vital signs. The sensor data is processed locally and shown on a 16 2 LCD. If any abnormal conditions are detected, a buzzer will sound an alert. The processed data is sent wirelessly to the UBIDOTS cloud platform for remote storage, visualization, and notification. This invention allows for continuous patient monitoring and early detection of serious health issues. It also enables remote oversight by healthcare professionals. The system is affordable, scalable, and appropriate for hospitals, home care, rural healthcare, and wearable medical uses."
