A data management and analytics platform (107) monitors performance and compliance, supported by a wastewater recycling subsystem (108) and a central control unit (109) for coordinated operation. The system enables environmentally safe, data-secure, and economically viable semiconductor recycling, supporting sustainable material recovery and circular economy objectives."
