MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641009483 A) filed by Sr University, Warangal, Telangana, on Jan. 30, for 'ai-enabled diagnostic technologies - development of intelligent membrane systems for advanced biosensing and predictive healthcare applications.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Randeep Singh.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 13, under issue no. 07/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "AI-Enabled Diagnostic Technologies - Development of intelligent membrane systems for advanced biosensing and predictive healthcare applications The present disclosure relates to a system and a method for AI-driven intelligent membrane-based diagnostics and predictive healthcare applications. The system has an adaptive bio-intelligent membrane that can interact with a biological sample, a multi-modal biosensing module that can pick up different types of biosignals, and a processor that uses artificial intelligence to do real-time signal analysis and predict health trajectories. The processor creates control instructions on the fly to change the properties of the membrane, such as pore size, surface charge, permeability, and molecular selectivity. This creates a closed-loop feedback system between predictive analytics and physical biosensing. The process involves putting a biological sample on the adaptive membrane, getting multi-modal biosensing signals, using AI to process the signals to find diagnostic features, predicting health conditions or disease progression, and changing the membrane's shape and size to improve sensing performance. The system also supports self-regenerative anti-biofouling operations and safe generation of diagnostic and predictive outputs. This makes it a technically advanced, reliable, and predictive solution for next-generation healthcare diagnostics."
