A stage-based AI orchestration engine performs contextual reasoning, enforces clinical safety rules, detects red-flag conditions, and computes triage scores using symptoms, vitals, comorbidities, and wearable-derived physiological data. A patient-facing module captures early symptoms and longitudinal health data, while a clinician-facing module generates triage sheets, case records, investigation summaries, treatment notes, and discharge documents in real time. Both modules operate on a unified backend to ensure seamless continuity from pre-hospital assessment to hospital-based emergency care while reducing documentation burden, enhancing accuracy, improving patient safety, and enabling longitudinal health intelligence through integrated wearable-data processing."
