According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An AI-driven system (102) for real-time energy management and route optimisation in Electric Road System (ERS)-enabled fleet operations, comprising a data integration module (104) configured to aggregate vehicle telematics data, an ERS infrastructure interface (106) configured to receive ERS availability data, energy capacity, dynamic pricing, and operational status, a processor (114) configured to retrieve real-time traffic condition data and weather-related road performance variables, an AI-based optimisation engine (108) configured to forecast energy demand, prioritise vehicle charging requirements, and select optimal ERS-enabled routes, fleet delivery schedule, congestion status and charging opportunity, an intelligent route planning module (110) configured to generate adaptive routing suggestions for each vehicle and re-route dynamically a fleet control dashboard (112) configured to provide charging recommendations, SOC estimates, and route adjustment insights to administrators or drivers, and an onboard vehicle execution module (116) configured to receive instructions and transmit real-time operational data to the AI engine (108)."
