The system includes an image analysis module configured to receive facial images from users and process the facial images using AI-based object detection to detect skin conditions, a recommendation engine module configured to generate personalized skincare product recommendations based on analysis results from the image analysis module, wherein the recommendation engine module implements collaborative filtering algorithms combined with a rule-based analysis system, and a user management module configured to store user data and analysis history to enable the personalized skincare product recommendations. The image analysis module processes the facial images using a YOLO-based object detection model to detect acne types and assess oiliness levels. The system incorporates preprocessing capabilities using computer vision techniques for image enhancement including contrast adjustment, noise removal, and image alignment to optimize input quality for analysis operations."
