A Candidate Scoring Engine (106) uses Machine Learning (ML) models, trained on historical data, to generate a precise candidate-job fitment score. The system (100) accelerates recruitment, minimizes unconscious bias through an integrated correction module, and improves the quality of hire by matching candidates based on comprehensive technical and soft skill compatibility. It provides recruiters with an explainable, ranked shortlisting, supporting transparent and efficient hiring decisions while incorporating continuous learning from human feedback."
