MUMBAI, India, April 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611022958 A) filed by Panipat Institute Of Engineering And Technology, Samalkha, Haryana, on Feb. 26, for 'ai-driven multimodal neurobehavioral system for continuous assessment and enhancement of mental resilience.'

Inventor(s) include Prof. Poonam Panwar; and Prof. Satish Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An AI-driven multimodal neurobehavioral system for continuous assessment and enhancement of mental resilience is disclosed. The system integrates physiological, behavioral, linguistic, and contextual data acquired from wearable devices, personal computing devices, and user inputs to generate a unified neurobehavioral representation. Machine learning and deep learning models analyze the multimodal data to classify mental states, detect early indicators of psychological strain, and predict resilience trends. A Dynamic Mental Resilience Index is continuously computed to provide real-time and longitudinal assessment of emotional stability and adaptive capacity. Based on the computed index, the system delivers personalized and adaptive interventions using reinforcement learning mechanisms to improve stress coping ability and mental well-being. The invention enables objective monitoring, early intervention, and continuous personalization, and is applicable across digital mental health platforms, wearable health systems, and preventive healthcare environments."
