MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521104081 A) filed by Sonali Yogesh Dhasal, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, on Oct. 29, for 'ai-driven mobile food processing system and method for on-farm value addition and traceable agri-food chain management.'
Inventor(s) include Sonali Yogesh Dhasal.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An Al-driven mobile food processing system is disclosed, comprising a vehicle-mounted containerized platform equipped with modular processing units, artificial intelligence control systems, IoT sensor networks, and blockchain-enabled traceability infrastructure. The system performs on-site agricultural produce processing including pulping, drying, milling, cold pressing, pasteurization, and packaging, while operating on hybrid solar-diesel power for off-grid capability. The AI control unit executes machine learning algorithms to automatically optimize processing parameters based on real-time sensor data from temperature, moisture, weight, and quality assessment systems. Each processed batch is assigned a unique blockchain-registered identifier with complete traceability to individual farmers, GPS coordinates, and processing parameters, accessible via consumer-scannable QR codes."
