Real-time operational data including spindle vibration, thermal conditions, acoustic emissions, cutting forces, tool wear characteristics, and machine health parameters are continuously acquired and analyzed using machine learning algorithms to predict failures, identify machining anomalies, and dynamically optimize machining parameters such as spindle speed, feed rate, cutting depth, coolant flow, and machining trajectories. The invention further enables predictive maintenance scheduling, thermal compensation, vibration suppression, intelligent energy management, and automated defect detection for improving production quality and reducing machine downtime.
