According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The aim of this suggested system is to create a smart and automated solution that maximizes the distribution of internship positions within the PM Internship Scheme. Given the increasing number of candidates and scarce internship opportunities available, ensuring equitable, transparent, and optimal distribution is now imperative. The system uses cutting-edge predictive analytics and artificial intelligence methodologies to evaluate candidate information such as academic history, competencies, preferences, geographical location, and reservation factors. The system's front-end offers an easy-to-use interface where applicants input their information and choices, and administrators adjust internship roles and track assignments. The backend engine then interprets this data to produce best-fit allocations, making the selections fair, preference-satisfying, and in accordance with government regulations. The outcomes are shown in an understandable format, indicating applicant-to-position matches, unassigned instances, and reasons supporting each assignment to maintain transparency, efficiency, and trustworthiness in the selection process."
