MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521133381 A) filed by Dr Abhijaat Sahu; Joymalya Bhattacharya; and Somnath Datta, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, on Dec. 30, 2025, for 'ai-based marketing automation system for real-time multichannel content optimization using behavioral and hr-derived employee advocacy signals.'
Inventor(s) include Dr Abhijaat Sahu; Joymalya Bhattacharya; and Somnath Datta.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 13, under issue no. 07/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An artificial intelligence-based marketing automation system and method are disclosed for real-time optimization of marketing content across a plurality of communication channels. The system receives behavioral interaction data associated with external users and human resources derived data associated with employees of an organization. One or more machine learning models generate employee advocacy signals, including advocacy propensity and predicted incremental reach metrics, based on the human resources derived data. A content optimization engine dynamically determines content selection, delivery channel, and delivery timing parameters for marketing communications based on a combined analysis of the behavioral interaction data and the employee advocacy signals. Marketing communications and corresponding employee advocacy prompts are transmitted in accordance with the determined parameters, and outcome data is continuously collected to adaptively update the optimization models. The system enables continuous learning, improved campaign performance, and privacy-aware integration of employee advocacy signals into multichannel marketing automation."
