According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This invention reveals an Al-powered wearable assistive technology that should help blind and visually disabled people in reading, navigation and managing everyday activities. The system consists of a tiny camera fitted into a spectacle mounted lens unit that picks up printed or digital text in real-time. The acquired text is translated into understandable speaker audio through machine learning and sophisticated optical character recognition (OCR) methods, where visually impaired users can engage in books, mobile phones, and documents without problems. The device has an intelligent voice-command interface which helps in the use of start, stop, repeat, undo and not understood functions, to ensure that there is godd hands free interaction."
