The system captures audio through a mobile or wearable device and converts the audio into textual data using speech recognition techniques. The textual data is analyzed by natural language processing models to identify indicators of sentiment, emotion, intent, consent, coercion, and manipulation within conversational contexts. Based on this analysis, the system flags relevant conversational segments and generates encrypted, time-stamped records to preserve authenticity and integrity. The system supports both active and passive monitoring modes, including automated activation upon detection of predefined risk indicators, and may incorporate cryptographic or blockchain-based mechanisms for tamper resistance. The invention provides a technological solution for producing reliable contextual conversational records suitable for legal, personal safety."
