The system uses speech-to-text models for transcription and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for summarization, keyword extraction, sentiment analysis, and topic segmentation. It supports multi-language input and provides output in English and other selected languages. The final output includes structured meeting minutes, timeline visualization, keyword graphs, and overall meeting insights.This project reduces manual effort, saves time, and increases productivity in academic, corporate, and organizational meetings."
