MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514033023 A) filed by Cnh Industrial Brasil Ltda., Nova Lima, Brazil, on April 3, for 'agricultural machine extractor assembly, deflector for agricultural machine extractor assembly and agricultural machine.'
Inventor(s) include Thiago Silveira Simonetti Norberto; Joao Augusto Marcolin Lucca; Jean Carlos Pereira De Camargo; and Alan Patrick Dos Santos.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This is an agricultural machine extractor assembly and a deflector for an agricultural machine extractor assembly, the deflector being designed to cause the air passing through the external walls of the extractor assembly to intersect, which reduces the air flow velocity and improves the mixing of the wastes, resulting in a more uniform waste exhaustion and allowing better direction of said wastes out of the agricultural machine. More particularly, the deflector may consist of a flat plate, which may include a perimeter adapted to be coupled to an extractor hood of an extractor assembly of an agricultural machine. The deflector may also include a fixing plate and a fixing assembly. The invention also relates to an agricultural machine, in which at least one extractor assembly is installed."
