MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019730 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 17, 2024, for 'adjustable stability maintenance device for passengers.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Pratap Singh; and Dr. Ajay Singh.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable stability maintenance device for passengers, comprising a telescopically operated cylindrical shaped hollow frame 1 positioned on a floor of a vehicle by primary suction cups 4, an ultrasonic sensor measures roof clearance and accordingly frame 1 extends for positioning multiple secondary suction cups 5 on ceiling to secure frame 1, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 6 mounted on frame 1 determines height of passenger, multiple motorized crane arrangements 7 positions multiple plates 8 at optimum height and each plates 8 are attached with multiple handles 9 which is gripped by passenger which is detected by a touch sensor, an inflating unit inflates an inflatable member providing comfort to passenger, a temperature sensor monitors temperature inside vehicle, two air blowers 10 blow air out of frame 1 and three to four iris lids 11 allow blown air to come out from frame 1 to maintain optimum temperature."
