MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019715 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 17, 2024, for 'adjustable snow scraping device for four-wheelers.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Mohammad Mazid; and Dr. Sirazul Haq.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable snow scraping device for four-wheelers, comprising a frame 1 having a telescopically operated rod 2 installed on a windshield of a four-wheeler, an imaging unit 3 installed on the frame to determine dimension of windshield and snow depositions, a conical structure 4 arranged on the rod 2 and configured with expandable pulley arrangement 5 to cover major portion of windshield, a telescopically operated bar 6 assembled within the structure 4 integrated with a rotatable blade assembly 7 for removing the snow from windshield and a plate 10 integrated on the structure 4 by means of a link 11 to wipe off snow from the windshield."
