MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411004757 A) filed by Chandigarh University; and Chandigarh University Technology Business Incubator, Mohali, Punjab, on Jan. 23, 2024, for 'adjustable pole installation assistive device.'

The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable pole installation assistive device comprising a frame 1 positioned on a ground surface with a touch interactive display allowing users to input pole installation details, an imaging unit 3 mounted on the frame 1 gauges pole dimensions nearby, with an built-in microcontroller assesses required pole length for stability, a motorized C- clamp 4 is arranged on the frame's 1 top, operated by telescopic rods 5, secures the pole upright as an integrated speaker 6 installed on frame 1 gives audio cues to fill aggregates around the pole to the assessed height, also a flap 7 integrated on each side of frame 1 sides thump to compress aggregates and a sensing module 8 monitors aggregate qualities and adjusts audio cues for accurate filling, ensuring proper pole support over the ground surface."
