MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411018866 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 14, 2024, for 'adjustable ply board installation device.'

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable ply board installation device comprises of a cuboidal body 1, multiple motorized wheels 2 for providing movement, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 3 for capturing and processing images, a touch interactive display panel 4 for enabling the user to select the desired portion of installation, a pair of inverted L-shaped telescopic bars 5 to position a lifting arrangement, a motorized sliding unit 6 for extending the inverted L-shaped bars 5, multiple horizontal and vertical link rods 7 for positioning the lifting arrangement, multiple suction cups 8 for affixing with ply board, a robotic link 9 configured with a nail installation unit 10 for installing nails on the ply board, a motorized cutting unit 11 for cutting the ply board, a dust sensor for detecting dust particles, a vacuum-based cleaning unit 13 for cleaning and a receptacle 14 for storing the dust particles."
