MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411013259 A) filed by Chandigarh University; and Chandigarh University Technology Business Incubator, Mohali, Punjab, on Feb. 23, 2024, for 'adjustable photo viewing device.'
Inventor(s) include Puneet Kaur.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable photo viewing device comprises of a V-shaped frame 1 developed to be installed on a fixed surface, a pair of inverted U-shaped rods 2 for providing support to frame 1 on surface, an imaging unit 3 determines presence of a user that desires to open frame 1, a first motorized hinge joints 4 provides movement to frame 1 in order to open frame 1, multiple inverted L-shaped telescopic bars 5 provides support to frame 1 while in an open state, a display panel 6 accessed by user to input details, multiple second motorized hinge joints 7 for opening a transparent lid 8 in order to expose multiple slots 9, a finger print scanner 10 for enabling user to input finger impressions in order to register authenticity of user and an expandable plate 11 for opening slots 9 in order to expose sensitive photos."
