MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531019856 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 5, for 'adjustable patty molding device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable patty molding device comprises of a frame 101 developed to be installed on an opening duct of a machinery for processing a batter into shape of patty, a microphone 102 mounted on the frame 101 for receiving voice command of a user regarding dimension and shape of a patty required by the user, a cylindrical member 103 integrated in the frame 101 for receiving the batter, multiple motorized hinges 104 tilt portions of the member 103 for attaining the evaluated dimensions and shape of the member 103, multiple pressure sensors monitoring pressure exerted by the batter for filling member 103 's capacity, a motorized slider 105 to translate the filled member 103 for slicing patty, an extendable pusher 107 for dislodging patty from the member 103, a plate 108 having a motorized hinge joint 109 arranged underneath the frame 101 for dispensing the prepared patty."
