According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable overhead wire maintenance device, comprising a platform 1 configured with multiple rods 2 that provides support to platform 1 on a ground surface, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 4 installed on platform 1 for capturing images of surroundings of platform 1 to determine presence of free-end of wire 16, an extendable sliding unit 5 assembled on platform 1 for positioning a plate 6 attached with sliding unit 5, a first robotic link 7 configured with a multi-meter 8 assembled on plate 6 for detecting electricity supply through free-end, a motorized cutter 9 attached with plate 6 via second robotic link 10 for cutting free end, a third robotic link 11 configured with pair of C-shaped plate 12 for positioning plates 12 around wires that user desires to connect and a motorized sliding unit 14 arranged on plates for providing rotational motion to a motorized roller 15."
