MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411010047 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on Feb. 14, 2024, for 'adjustable ladder stabilizing device.'
Inventor(s) include Sushil Tripathi.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable ladder stabilizing device, comprising a rectangular shaped frame 1 configured with multiple telescopic rods 2 provides support to frame 1 on a ground surface, a pair of cavities 3 are crafted on frame 1 for placing feet of a ladder, a proximity sensor detecting placement of feet, a pair of telescopic clamps 4 extending to clamp 4 feet in order to secure ladder, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 5 determines levelling of surface to extend and retract for providing stability to frame 1, and an angle sensor detecting angle of ladder for actuating a pair of hinge joints 6 for providing movement to a curved shaped link 7 that pushes ladder towards wall surface that prevents falling of ladder."
