MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531018754 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 3, for 'adjustable insulating device for livestock fencing.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Asit Kumar Subudhi.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable insulating device for livestock fencing, comprising a frame 101 having a pair of curved plates 102 developed to be engaged on a metallic fencing of a livestock farm, an imaging unit 103 for capturing images in vicinity of the frame 101 to determine dimensions of metallic wires of the fencing, a drawer arrangement 104 for adjusting the frame 101 to get engaged on the fencing, motorized clippers 105 acquire a grip on the wires for installing the frame 101 on the fencing, motorized hinge joint 106 for providing converging/diverging movement to the plates 102 for properly clamping the frame 101 on the fencing and pop-out balls 107 rotate for moving the frame 101 at a required length on the fencing wires to maintain the optimum distance along entire length of the wires in view of preventing any chances of contact in between the fencing wires and electric wires."
