According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable drowning prevention device, comprising an inflatable ring-shaped structure 1 accessed by a user for engaging the structure 1 underneath the user's forearm while swimming in a water body, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 installed with the structure 1 to determine engagement of the user with the structure 1, a speaker 3 mounted on the structure 1 to notify the user, a curved member 4 arranged on the structure 1 for deploying the member 4 over the user's head portion, wherein plurality of electromagnets 5 integrated on the structure 1 for locking the deployed member 4 over the structure 1, a cup 6 installed on the member 4 accessed by the user for inhaling air extracted from surroundings and a curved flap 7 integrated on the structure 1 that is accessed by the user for deploying a stretchable swim pants."
