MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019665 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 16, 2024, for 'adjustable dough preparation device.'

Inventor(s) include Mohit Rastogi.

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an adjustable dough preparation device, comprising an inverted bowl-shaped frame 1 positioned over a utensil stored with flour and water, a display panel 2 arranged on frame 1 for enabling user's input commands, an imaging unit 3 installed on frame 1 for determining utensil's dimensions, an expandable pulley arrangement 4 arranged on frame 1 for accommodating the frame 1 on utensil, plurality of plates 5 arranged on inner periphery of the frame 1 by means of multiple horizontal sliders 6 for translating the plates 5 towards the flour and water, a pusher 7 integrated on each of the plates 5 by means of an electromagnetically powered spring 8 for applying relevant pressure on flour and water and a multi-sectioned chamber 9 stored with flour and water mounted on frame 1 integrated with an electronic nozzle 10 for dispensing flour and water as required."
