MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019658 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 16, 2024, for 'adjustable concrete gap filling device.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Jaswant Saini.

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable concrete gap filling device includes a body 1 installed with an imaging unit 2 for creating a 3-dimensional mapping of surface exhibited over a display panel 3 that is accessed by a user to select a gapping on surface to be filled, multiple wheels 4 arranged underneath body 1 moves body 1 in proximity to gapping, a duct 5 integrated with a suction unit 6 extract dust/debris present in gapping, a chamber 7 arranged within body 1 and integrated with an nozzle 8 that dispense an adhesive solution within gapping, an ultrasonic sensor monitors length of gapping, accordingly a roller 9 rotates for uncoiling pipe 10 along with synchronous actuation of wheels 4 to pass body 1 lengthwise gapping for inserting uncoiled pipe 10 within gapping, two pushers 12 assembled beneath body 1 apply force on pipe 10 for properly accommodating pipe 10 within gapping to fill gapping."
