MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019667 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 16, 2024, for 'adjustable cargo stabilization device for vehicles.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Mukesh Kumar; and Dr. Sirazul Haq.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable cargo stabilization device for vehicles, comprises of a rectangular-shaped frame 1 developed to be installed inside a trailer portion of a vehicle, multiple suction cups 2 arranged on the rectangular-shaped frame 1, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 3 installed on the rectangular-shaped frame 1, a flap 4 attached with a motorized sliding arrangement 5 to position the flap adjacent to the cargo, a LiDAR sensor installed on the rectangular-shaped frame 1, a gyroscope mapped on the rectangular-shaped frame 1, an electromagnetic spring 6 arranged between the telescopic rods 7 and the flap 4, a sensing module installed on the rectangular-shaped frame 1, a sheet 8 attached between multiple inverted U-shaped links 9 to deploy the sheet over the cargo."
