MUMBAI, India, Oct. 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411026623 A) filed by Shobhit Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on March 30, 2024, for 'adjustable buildings covering device for construction sites.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable buildings covering device for construction sites, comprising a frame 1 developed to be positioned on a ground surface, an imaging unit 2 arranged on the frame 1 generating a 3-dimensional map of surrounding of the frame 1 which is displayed over a touch interactive display panel 3 arranged on the frame 1, plurality of motorized clamps 4 coupled with multiple suction cups integrated on the frame 1 to acquire a grip at apex of a building, a motorized roller 5 mounted on the frame 1 to rotate for unwrapping a translucent sheet in a downward direction, plurality of motorized clippers 6 integrated on the frame 1 for acquiring a grip on the unwrapped sheet to establish a cover in front of the user-selected area on the building and a speaker 7 integrated on the frame 1 to produce audio notification for a user to empty the bin."
