The system (100) includes a base frame (102), a tiltable seat plate (104), a spring assembly (106), a height adjustment mechanism (108), a back support plate (110), and a locking system (112). The spring-assisted and tiltable seat allows partial sitting support, promoting micro-movement while maintaining upright posture. The height is adjustable, and the locking system secures both height and tilt angle. Fully mechanical and foldable, the system (100) is suitable for industrial environments, offering durability, low maintenance, and ergonomic relief for workers in assembly lines, laboratories, and other standing-intensive workplaces."
