MUMBAI, India, April 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517012247 A) filed by Vironexis Biotherapeutics Inc; and Research Institute At Nationwide Children's Hospital, La Jolla, U.S.A., on Feb. 13, for 'adeno-associated virus vectors and methods of their use for reducing the risk of, treating, and preventing metastasis.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The disclosure provides recombinant adeno-associated viral (rAAV) vectors expressing a bispecific fusion protein that binds GD2 and CD3, and methods of using the same for reducing the risk of, preventing, or treating metastasis. The disclosure also provides rAAV vectors for expressing the bispecific fusion protein."
