According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adaptive window covering and environmental device, comprising a horizontal base 101 equipped with a motorized roller 102 having multiple vertical straps 103, each strap 103 having a multi layered construction comprising an outer light blocking and thermal reflective layer, a middle acoustic insulating layer, and an inner air filtration layer, multiple electromagnetic coupling elements 104 selectively connects or disconnects adjacent straps 103 to form a continuous barrier or allow individual movement, multiple motorized ball and socket joints 105 connecting the lower end of the straps 103 to a horizontal plate 106 to independently adjust the angular orientation of each strap 103, a Peltier equipped water spray module connected to a water chamber 108 releases temperature controlled water into the room, a vibration unit 109 generates anti-gripping vibration, an environmental conditioning assembly regulates temperature and humidity in a region adjacent the window."
