According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adaptive recruitment assessment and behavioral evaluation system, comprising a kiosk 101 having a L-shaped articulated hydraulic bar 102 to extend outwardly and position a seating unit 103 at an ergonomic location, an imaging unit 105 to determine user facial orientation, gaze direction, head alignment, and posture, a display unit 106 to display interview questions, a primary sliding tray 107 to slide outward, a rack and pinion to uplift a slab 112 having electronic gadgets, a sensing unit to capture real-time physiological, biomechanical, and motion-related parameters of the user, multiple trays 113 slide outward in a controlled manner, an articulated clamp 115 to securely grasp and place the identified tool, a projection unit 117 installed to project three-dimensional visual instructions, animated assembly guidance, a cheating detection and attention monitoring unit 119 monitors lip movement, gaze fixation, and a task evaluation unit integrated with the kiosk 101 to evaluate assessment."
