According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to an adaptive fitness coaching system (102) for providing unified athlete management. The system (102) comprises a camera interface (104) configured to capture video input for pose estimation and a pressure sensor array (106) configured to detect plantar pressure distribution. A hardware processor (108) is configured to generate pose estimation data from the video input captured by the camera interface (104) and process pressure distribution data from the pressure sensor array (106). The hardware processor (108) synchronizes the pose estimation data with the pressure distribution data using predetermined timestamps. Based on the synchronized pose estimation data, the hardware processor (108) automatically communicates an instruction on a user device, wherein the instruction includes workout modification commands and nutritional recommendations."
