The system comprises an electrooculography signal acquisition module configured to detect patient eye movement patterns, an edge-artificial intelligence processing unit configured to perform adaptive intention recognition, a multi-modal sensor fusion framework integrating environmental sensing and physiological monitoring, and an autonomous mobility control subsystem configured for predictive navigation and obstacle avoidance. The invention further incorporates real-time health monitoring for heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, body temperature, and fatigue analysis to dynamically modify wheelchair operation during abnormal physiological conditions. The system performs collision prediction, unsafe terrain detection, autonomous safety intervention, and adaptive route optimization using low-latency edge-computing architecture. The invention further enables continuous patient-specific learning for improving navigation accuracy, safety, accessibility, and rehabilitation assistance in intelligent healthcare and assistive mobility applications."
