MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441014207 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 27, 2024, for 'adaptable water sports system.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Ezhilarasan Ganesan.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adaptable water sports system comprises of an elliptical-shaped platform 1 ser for practicing a water sport by maintaining a balance on the platform 1, a wave radar sensor for monitoring frequency and intensity of waves on water body, an accelerometer for monitoring speed of the platform 1 on the water body, a speaker 3 assembled on a wearable band 4 developed to be worn by user on the user's wrist to produce audio notification for the user regarding requirement of increase or decrease in speed of the platform 1 to maintain the optimum speed of platform 1, a gyroscope 2 for monitoring angle of platform 1 on water surface, multiple of air bags 5 to get inflated for preventing sinking of platform 1 in the water body, and a wearable jacket 6 to wore by the user to prevent drowning of the user in the water body."
