According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adaptable slot carving device for wooden surfaces, comprising an elongated body 1 having a proximal end 2 and distal end 3, handle 4 accessed by a user for acquiring a grip on body 1 in view of positioning body 1 in proximity to a point on a wooden surface where a slot 12 is to be carved, touch interactive display panel 5 for providing input regarding a user-desired dimensions and pattern of slot 12, artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 6 for capturing images in vicinity of body 1 to determine location of an area on wooden surface over which slot 12 is to be carved, a block 7 integrated with extendable pins 8 to extend/retract for forming user-specified pattern on block 7, hydraulic actuator 9 extend for forcing block 7 for engraving pattern on wooden surface, motorized hinge joint 11 provide angular movement to blade 10 at engraved pattern."
