MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531020423 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 6, for 'adaptable pet strolling assistive device for specially-abled individuals.'
