MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531018020 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 28, for 'adaptable hanging assistive device for clothes in a four-wheelers.'

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adaptable hanging assistive device for clothes in a four-wheelers comprises rectangular frame 101 attached to U-shaped member 102 that is positioned on car's handle or hook, extendable rod 103 integrated on member 102 via motorized sliding unit 104 controlled by a microcontroller, allowing engagement between first electromagnet 105 arranged on rod 103 and second electromagnet 106 arranged on end of the member 102 for securing the frame 101, multiple plates 107 are arranged on lower portions of the frame 101 via slider 108 to divide frame 101 for garment organization, assisted by imaging unit 109 integrated in frame 101 that processes garment dimensions, L-shaped extendable link 110 installed in between frame 101 and each of plate adjusts spacing between plates 107, and chamber 111 holds a protective sheet deployed by extendable bars 112 to shield garments from dust and plurality of LEDs 113 (Light Emitting Diode) arranged on plate."
