MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411024045 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 26, 2024, for 'adaptable fire extinguishing system.'
Inventor(s) include Suman Rani; and Anushka Sharma.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 31, under issue no. 44/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adaptable fire extinguishing system comprises of, a framework 1 arranged in an enclosure 2 and equipped with a water source pipeline, multiple sensing modules are mounted on the framework 1 for detecting leakage of a gas or fire outbreak inside the enclosure 2, plurality of artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 4 arranged on the framework 1 to determine location outbreak of fire inside the enclosure 2, and multiple motorized grippers 5 installed on the framework 1 and configured with a rotatable structure 6 that is integrated on a water supplying knob 7, to acquire a grip on the knob 7 for initiating water supply from the pipeline into the framework 1."
