MUMBAI, India, Oct. 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411026189 A) filed by Shobhit Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on March 29, 2024, for 'adaptable electric-pole installation assistive device.'
Inventor(s) include Mahipal Singh; Kuldeep; Ravi Kumar Bhatnagar; and Deepa Rana.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adaptable electric-pole installation assistive device, comprising a platform 1, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 2 generate a 3-Dimensional that is displayed on a touch interactive display panel 3, a rotatable cylindrical member 5 configuring a spiral flap is positioned on surface by a hydraulically operated L-shaped link 6, a hydraulic actuator 7 provides an angular force to member 5 against surface for penetrating body in surface for digging cavity, a hydraulically operated rod 9 extends/retracts for positioning a C-shaped clamp 8 near center portion of pole, a motorized pin joint allows clamp 8 to grip pole, a hydraulically operated bar extends/retracts for positioning a C-shaped member 13 integrated with a second pulley near pole, a string 12 engaged in between a first and second pulley for providing translation to second pulley in a backward direction which to position gripped pole in dug cavity."
