MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411026127 A) filed by Chandigarh Group Of Colleges, Mohali, Punjab, on March 29, 2024, for 'adaptable cutlet preparation assistive device.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Vikesh Kashyap; Pramod; Rohit; Preeti; and Sujal.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adaptable cutlet preparation assistive device, comprising a platform 1 arranged with plurality of suction cups 2 positioned on a fixed surface, a display panel installed on the platform 1 to receive user's input, a chamber 3 arranged on the platform 1 for storing mashed batter, a nozzle 7 configured with the chamber 3 by means of a hollow rod 8 to dispense the batter in the cavity, a flap 9 arranged on the rod 8 for leveling the dispensed batter in the cavity, a robotic link 10 installed on the platform 1 for positioning a circular plate 11 on the filled cavity to dispense the cutlet, an imaging unit 14 installed on platform 1 to monitor dispensing of batter in cavity, a robotic arm arranged on the platform 1 to grip a bakery paper from a container 13 for laying on the platform 1 for receiving dispensed cutlet."
